Welcome to Cluster Vision AI. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Cluster Vision AI services and software ("AI Tools") provided on or in connection with the service offered through cluster-vision.com (the "Site").   7. Termination: Cluster Vision AI may terminate or suspend your access to the AI Tools immediately, without prior notice or liability, if you breach these Terms.

  8. Disclaimer of Warranties: The AI Tools are provided "as is," without warranty of any kind. Cluster Vision AI disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including, without limitation, the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

  9. Limitation of Liability: Cluster Vision AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the AI Tools.

  10. Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Cluster Vision AI and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the AI Tools.

  11. Changes: Cluster Vision AI reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will post the revised Terms on the Site and update the "Last Updated" date to reflect the effective date of the changes. Your continued use of the AI Tools after such changes will constitute your acceptance of the new Terms.

  12. Miscellaneous: These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Cluster Vision AI concerning the AI Tools and supersede all prior agreements or communications.
